IN-WALL FLUSH MOUNT FUEL TRANSFER FILL BOX

Phillips Pump offers fuel oil fill boxes to contain oil spills specifically for those instances where an inside tank is filled from the outside.

When used in conjunction with a flush mounted through the wall hook-up, this solution protects fuel supply lines from damage, vandalism or unauthorized access.

Since our fill boxes can be easily accessed, they allow for tank refilling without infringing upon property lines, or where there is limited filling space.

Our FCPM and FCSPM series in-wall, flush mount fill boxes are integrated engineered packaged systems with controls for filling operations.   With a high level indicator and monitoring built into the box, controls include leak detection circuitry that prevents the filling of leaking tanks, operator warnings at the 90% tank full level and lock out of all filling operations when the tank is full.  Visual and audible alarms and indicator lights are also provided.

Should a spill occur, the five gallon containment sump provides protection and a 1/2" NPT drain port allows easy removal of any escaped oil.

Each Phillips Pump In-Wall System Includes:

• NEMA 4 rated enclosure
• 5 gallon containment sump with 1/2" NPT drain port
• Fully gasketed door with chrome plated locking door handle
• Available in 14 gauge carbon steel with durable rust-resistant outer finish or 304 stainless steel
• Dry break disconnect and dust cover

• Our carbon steel (FPM series) and stainless steel (FSPM series) are stand alone fill boxes
• Our FCPM series and FCSPM series include an overfill prevention controller with:
  • Tank full / tank high level, and leak detected visual alarms
  • Audible alarm buzzer
  • Power on indicator light
  • System open/close and system reset push-buttons
  • Interface with existing third party tank gauging systems or bi-level float switch for tank full and tank high level warnings are available
  • Optional solenoids are available for installation in the fuel supply lines to lock out filling operations at tank full and tank high alarm levels
  • 115 VAC, 60 Hertz required, other voltages are available upon request
• Our FCPM-DR series and our FCSPM-DR series include a digital tank level readout with the alarms listed above
• The DR series interfaces with optional level probes listed below or with existing third party tank gauging systems having a 4 - 20 mA output (note: 115 VAC required, other voltages are available)
